3 ceramic tiles each approximately 3x3 squares connected together vertically with wire. Product measures approximately 3 inches width x 11 inches length which includes spacing between the tiles. First tile is child's name (first, middle and last or any combination). Second tile is birthdate (month, date and year). Third tile is baby's birth weight and height. Please enter baby stats below. Bright color choices include: denim blue, foliage green, grape, turquoise and ruby red. Topper attachment piece is a round button. Each piece is made with tender love and care -- so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
