3 ceramic square tiles with baby's name, birthdate and birth weight and height. Comes in a variety of soft color choices. Sample tiles shown here in Baby Blue. Please use drop down box to view corresponding color options. Customer's name, child's name, birthdate, and weight/height need to be filled out on the form below prior to checkout.
3 ceramic tiles each approximately 3x3 squares connected together vertically with wire. Product measures approximately 3 inches width x 9.5 inches length which includes spacing between the tiles. First tile is child's name (first, middle and last or any combination). Second tile is birthdate (month, date and year). Third tile is baby's birth weight and height. Please enter baby stats below. Soft color choices include: baby blue, tearose pink, miami pink, celadon and sun yellow. Topper attachment piece is a round button. Each piece is made with tender love and care -- so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
